The packaging is super cute and they give you lots of different ingredients, but in big sizes so you can make boba again and again! I also needed the package to be delivered before our christmas party and Toby made sure it arrived on time! Great product and great customer service, thank you!

I got the Assam Milk Tea-rista gift set with grass jelly and everything is delicious! The cup, ingredients and packaging are great quality. Contactless curbside pickup was easy to arrange and Toby was very accommodating and responsive to messages. I look forward to trying more products from Retea!

I haven't even received this product yet but I had to write a review because of how impressed I am with this company. There was an issue with the shipping (not at all the fault of the company) and Toby personally reached out to me to correct the issue. She was extremely responsive and made sure that I was kept up-to-date with what was going on. Even though it was an issue with the shipping company, she made sure that I will receive my product. I am so appreciative. I'm sure that this product will be great, but based on customer service alone, I will 100% be buying from this company again.

Perfect birthday gift! I got the mango tea kit for my friend’s birthday earlier this year and she absolutely loved it - she said it’s the best gift she ever got! I needed another gift for this weekend and I just messaged the seller this week. - everything was so quick and easy to get (it’s tough ordering things online now a days or getting things in store Cus of lockdown) but I was able to choose curbside pickup and it was so easy to coordinate, they were super flexible and was so accommodating with the times.
