Black Sugar Tapioca Pearls
Making your own sweet tapioca at home can not be any easier with our INSTANT Black Sugar Tapioca Pearls! Cooking time is just 1-2 minutes and for some extra sweetness, you can sweeten them with our dark brown sugar. Vegan & gluten-free!
**The actual ingredients of the tapioca pearls are nut-free. However, they are packaged in a facility that handles other products that MAY contain nuts (not directly).

Boil Cooking Instructions:
1. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water for every 1/3 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca slowly into the boiling pot and stir lightly. Wait until tapioca floats to the water surface. Cover pot. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
2. Scoop out tapioca and rinse/rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out tapioca and mix in your choice of sweetener.
Tip: Once opened, put your tapioca pearls in an airtight container for a longer shelf life
Microwave Cooking Instructions:
1. Pour 1/3 cup of tapioca pearls into a microwavable cup or bowl. Add hot water until pearls are submerged. Stir lightly.
2. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave again for another 30 seconds. Drain and add your choice of sweetener.
