430g. Makes 9-10 servings.
1. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water for every 1/3 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca slowly into the boiling pot and stir lightly. Wait until tapioca floats to the water surface. Cover pot. Cook in medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
2. Turn off heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust the time to soften tapioca to personal taste) Scoop out tapioca and rinse/rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out tapioca and mix in brown sugar or honey.

Wow I've made other brands of tapioca balls before but those took minimum 30-60 minutes which is wayyyy too long tbh. I love that this only takes a few minutes because who wants to wait an hour for a cup of bbt. These tapioca balls are nice and chewy after being cooked for only a few minutes and the instructions card is really cute! Simple and clear steps to follow. Planning to order some more of these right now hehe.
Best boba ever!!
Soft and chewy!
Great quality bubbles and tea. I got this initially as a gift and needed to buy more when I realized the high quality. They're super easy & fast to make, and they taste so good. As well, the customer service was above & beyond. There was a mistake with my order and they immediately fixed it & offered to ship it to me at my convenience. I've already recommended to all my friends! Thank you guys.
